Content you create with a tool belongs to you, subject to the tool vendor's own terms and licences. You are responsible for how you use that content, including checking licences for images, music and templates before commercial use, and following your school's rules on AI-assisted work.

Suspension and termination

Payments and refunds

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, groupbuyaitool will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service or any third-party tool. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the plan the claim relates to.

Governing law and jurisdiction
