If your access is not working, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours from the time of purchase, no refund will be given, because our products are digital in nature and access is delivered immediately.

We recommend opening each tool as soon as your order is complete, so you can spot any problem well inside the window.

What counts as access not working

• The launch button or login in your dashboard doesn't open the tool.
• The tool opens but the main features you paid for are unavailable.
• You didn't receive access to the tool or plan you ordered.

How to request a refund

Email contact@groupbuyaitool.in within 48 hours of purchase and include:

1. Your order ID or transaction reference
2. The email address used for your order
3. The tool or plan you purchased
4. A short description of the problem, with a screenshot if possible
