Order and account help

Tool not opening? Quick checklist

1. Make sure you're logged in at app.groupbuyaitool.in with the email you used to order.
2. Check that your plan is active and hasn't expired.
3. Make sure our Chrome extension is installed, enabled and up to date.
4. Try a fresh browser window, or disable other extensions that may block it.
5. Clear the cache for the tool's website and try again.
